To Hello Games

Hello to everyone at Hello Games! 

Thank you so much for creating the game of my dreams! I was speaking with a friend recently about our favorite video games - from Star Fox to Halo, Zelda to Skyrim, Elder Scrolls Online to Destiny 2. For me, No Man's Sky has eclipsed those games to be my number one favorite of all time.

No other game has captured the scope and breadth of adventure that No Man's Sky has brought. One evening I'm dog-fighting space pirates in a jaw-dropping cockpit view, the next evening I'm trading commodities between neighboring star systems. I'm cataloging weird and wonderful creatures, and then I'm trying to find the perfect angle for the perfect screenshot of a moon caught in the rings of a massive ice giant. That's why I created this blog, there's so much to share it's mind boggling!

The No Man's Sky community is beyond compare. This is what you have made - a wonderfully fun, hilarious, exuberant and creative community. To me, that is your legacy. You've helped a random noob like me open up and make more connections and reconnections than I thought I was capable of. I've always been more of a solo player, but I've enjoyed the companionship offered by multiplayer games from time to time. The last couple years have brought their share of challenges and I can say that I'm one of the folks that have kept to myself more than I should have. No other game has encouraged me to open up to the world quite like your game has. If I can help other players open up and share their adventures through this little blog, thank you for helping me to do so!

Looking towards the future, I'm excited to save up enough to set up a PC that can run one of the many VR rigs I've seen online. I am so excited to get more immersed in the No Man's Sky universe in virtual reality and to share that with everyone!
